The Carriage House: Our most popular for Honeymoons and Anniversaries. A large L-shaped suite, A private staircase entrance from the garden deck. A Jacuzzi for two, vaulted timbered ceiling, king-size bed, in-room TV, VCR/DVD and CD player. Private Bathroom. Sitting area with a coffee maker and small refrigerator, a sofa that makes into a queen size bed and two chairs for guests. The Jacuzzi is located in the corner of the "L". Enjoy your cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate sitting on the covered porch overlooking the back garden. For your comfort the room has central air and heat.

Clara's Cottage: Clara’s Cottage is a two-room suite which creates a comfortable retreat for a family or a spacious hideaway for a couple. The cottage is decorated in a tropical fishing motif. The room has a king-size bed as well as an intriguing loft sleeping area which is tucked away in the 14-foot ceilings. The cottage is the original summer kitchen of the house and has a private entrance and a welcoming porch. The sitting room suite has a comfortable love seat, wicker chairs, a boat table and a vintage kitchen cabinet which is stocked with a refrigerator, coffee maker and lots of family games. The suite has a large private bath with a claw foot tub, shower and pedestal sink. The cottage has access to the secluded wine patio with comfortable shaded seating and soft lighting which is a very romantic spot for an evening glass of wine or a tranquil cup of morning coffee.

Victoria's Room: The Victorian Room offers a private balcony, gas fireplace with a mirror decorated mantel piece and claw foot tub, shower ,and period antiques. The nickel-plated queen-size bed is dressed with a welcoming feather bed and luxurious linens. The private balcony is accessed through a walk through window and is the perfect place to sit and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine as you take in the exceptional garden view and the calming gulf breeze. Too chilly for a balcony evening? Snuggle up in the wingback chair and light a fire in the fireplace to create that intimate ambiance.

Jasmine's Garden Room: A large room preferred by the men and loved by the ladies, with Baroque Plum walls accented with gold ceiling trim. Large bay windows, beautiful burl and wood grain faux finishing, covered in lace curtains overlooking the side garden. King-size iron bed with a fluffy down topper, comfortable decorator couch, antique armoire with beveled mirrors. Private bath with gold accessories.

Heather's Rose Room: A gentle and elegant room with heirloom antiques from the 1870's, Rose garlands stenciled around the room. East Lake high-back queen-size bed so comfortable people find it hard to get up. Art Nouveau armoire, large bay windows. Private bath with silver accessories.

Check-in: Between 3 pm and 5 pm (later with approval) Check-out: By 12 noon. Courtesy Policies: No smoking in rooms, no pets, no customer candles in the room, no Styrofoam chests in the room or porches (they leak), and no children in the main house except for breakfast.
